Definitions & Interpretation

In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context requires otherwise. Understanding these defined terms is essential for interpreting your rights and obligations as a vtd99 player.

References to "vtd99", "we", "us", and "our" throughout these Terms refer to the vtd99 Platform and its operating entity. References to "you" and "your" refer to the Player. Headings are provided for convenience only and do not affect the interpretation of any clause. Where these Terms conflict with any promotional communication, these Terms take precedence unless a specific written amendment has been issued and published by vtd99.

Eligibility & Age Restriction

vtd99 is an adult gaming platform. Access to any part of the Platform — including free-play demonstrations, live betting markets, and bonus pages — is strictly limited to individuals who satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and on an ongoing basis throughout their use of the Platform.

• Minimum Age: You must be at least 18 years of age. vtd99 enforces a strict 18+ policy across all products and services. Players who are found to be under 18 years of age will have their accounts permanently closed and all deposits returned via the original payment method.
• Legal Capacity: You must have the full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws of your jurisdiction. If you are subject to a legal guardian or conservator, you may not open a vtd99 account.
• Single Account: You may hold only one registered account on vtd99 at any given time. Duplicate accounts — whether created under the same name, same device, same IP address, or same payment method — are strictly prohibited and will result in permanent suspension.
• Personal Use Only: Your vtd99 account is for your personal use only. You may not allow any other person to access or use your account, place bets on your behalf, or operate your account while acting as an agent or nominee for any third party.
• Not a vtd99 Employee: Current employees, directors, agents, contractors, and immediate family members of vtd99 personnel are not permitted to hold a player account or participate in any promotion.
• Jurisdiction Compliance: You are solely responsible for ensuring that accessing and using vtd99 complies with the laws applicable in your jurisdiction. vtd99 makes no representation that its services are legal in every territory. If online gambling is prohibited in your jurisdiction, you must not use the Platform.

Account Registration & Verification

To access the full range of vtd99 services, including real-money game play, BDT deposits, and withdrawal of winnings, you must register a player account. The registration process requires you to provide accurate, complete, and current personal information. vtd99 relies on this information for account management, KYC verification, and payment processing.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. vtd99 will never ask for your password via email, chat, or telephone. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, you must notify our support team at [email protected] immediately and change your password without delay. vtd99 accepts no liability for losses resulting from a Player's failure to protect their login credentials.

vtd99 reserves the right to refuse a registration application, suspend an existing account, or request additional documentation at any time, without prior notice, where it has reasonable grounds to believe that provided information is inaccurate, incomplete, or fraudulent. Account verification typically completes within 2 hours during business hours in Bangladesh Standard Time (UTC+6).

Deposits, Withdrawals & BDT Payments

vtd99 supports a range of BDT payment methods specifically selected to serve Bangladeshi players. All financial transactions on the Platform are processed in Bangladeshi Taka. vtd99 does not currently offer multi-currency accounts; all balances, bets, winnings, and bonus amounts are denominated in BDT.

• Supported Methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket (Dutch-Bangla Bank), Upay, Visa, Mastercard, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank. The available methods may vary and are confirmed at checkout.
• Own Funds Only: Players may only deposit funds that belong to them. Depositing via payment accounts registered in another person's name is prohibited and may result in immediate account suspension.
• Chargeback Policy: Initiating a chargeback or payment reversal through your bank or mobile wallet provider while funds remain in your vtd99 account is a breach of these Terms and will result in permanent account closure and recovery of any outstanding balance.
• Dormant Account Fee: Accounts with a positive balance that have been inactive for 12 consecutive months may be subject to a monthly dormancy administration fee of ৳50 or the remaining balance (whichever is less), after 30 days' written notice to the registered email address.
• Currency Conversion: vtd99 operates exclusively in BDT. Any currency conversion required by your payment provider prior to or following a transaction is outside vtd99's control, and any associated exchange costs are borne by the Player.

Bonuses, Promotions & Wagering Requirements

vtd99 offers a variety of bonuses and promotional incentives to both new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms attached to each promotion, together with the general bonus rules set out in this section. In the event of any conflict between these general rules and the terms of a specific promotion, the specific promotion terms prevail.

• One Bonus Per Promotion: Each promotion may only be claimed once per Player, per household, per device, and per IP address unless the promotion terms explicitly state otherwise.
• Wagering Requirements: Bonus funds and any winnings generated from bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before withdrawal. The specific multiplier (e.g., 25x, 30x) applicable to each bonus is stated in that promotion's individual terms. Wagering requirements must be met within the specified time limit; unused bonus funds expire when the deadline passes.
• Game Contribution Rates: Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Slot games typically contribute 100%. Live casino games (baccarat, roulette, blackjack) may contribute a lower percentage, commonly 10%–20%. Sports betting contributions vary by market. • Bonus Abuse: vtd99 actively monitors for patterns consistent with bonus abuse — including but not limited to low-risk hedging strategies, arbitrage betting across markets, systematic exploitation of free spins, and coordinated multi-account bonus claiming. Players found to be abusing bonuses will have winnings voided and accounts suspended.
• Maximum Bonus Withdrawal: Some promotions impose a cap on the maximum amount that may be withdrawn from bonus-derived winnings. This cap, where applicable, is stated clearly in the individual promotion's terms.
• Withdrawal Before Wagering Completion: If a Player requests a withdrawal while bonus funds remain active and wagering requirements are incomplete, vtd99 reserves the right to forfeit the bonus amount (and any wagering-requirement-derived winnings) before processing the withdrawal of real-money funds.
• Right to Amend or Withdraw Promotions: vtd99 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time with reasonable notice. Where a promotion has already been claimed and wagering is in progress, the original promotion terms will be honoured for that Player unless fraud or abuse is detected.

Gameplay Rules & Fair Use

vtd99 is committed to providing a fair, secure, and enjoyable gaming environment for all players. All casino games available on the vtd99 Platform use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology, independently audited by recognised testing laboratories to ensure statistically fair outcomes. Sports betting odds are set and managed by the vtd99 trading team and may be adjusted at any time prior to event settlement.

• Bets Are Final: Once a wager has been accepted and confirmed by the vtd99 system, it cannot be cancelled, amended, or reversed by the Player, except where the Platform explicitly offers a cash-out facility for a specific market.
• Technical Malfunctions: In the event of a technical malfunction, server error, or game disruption that prevents the fair completion of a round or wager, vtd99 reserves the right to void the affected bet and return the staked amount to the Player's account balance. No liability is accepted for winnings that were pending at the time of a technical failure beyond the return of the original stake.
• Prohibited Strategies: The use of automated betting software (bots), scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any other mechanism designed to gain an unfair systematic advantage over the Platform is strictly prohibited. vtd99 may void bets, confiscate winnings, and permanently suspend accounts where such tools are detected.
• Collusion: Any form of collusion between Players — including in poker, live dealer games, or betting exchange-style products — is a serious breach of these Terms. vtd99 uses fraud detection systems to identify collusive patterns and will act accordingly.
• Sports Betting Integrity: vtd99 cooperates with sports integrity bodies and reserves the right to void any bet placed on a market where match-fixing or manipulation is suspected. Bets placed with knowledge of irregular activity are void and may be reported to relevant authorities.
• Palpable Errors: Where a game result, betting odd, or payout is published due to a palpable error (e.g., grossly incorrect odds clearly outside the normal market range), vtd99 reserves the right to correct the error and recalculate payouts accordingly. Players who have profited from a palpable error in bad faith may have winnings voided.

vtd99 processes all game results and sports betting outcomes as final, subject only to the error-correction provisions described above. Disputes regarding game outcomes or bet settlements must be submitted to the support team within 30 days of the event in question. vtd99 will investigate all disputes in good faith and respond in writing within 10 business days.

Account Suspension & Closure

vtd99 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close a Player's account at any time, with or without prior notice, where there are reasonable grounds to do so. The following circumstances represent non-exhaustive examples of conduct that may result in account action.

• Balance on Suspension: Where an account is suspended due to suspected fraud or a breach of Terms, vtd99 may freeze the account balance pending investigation. If the investigation concludes in the Player's favour, the balance will be returned. If a breach is confirmed, vtd99 reserves the right to withhold some or all of the balance in proportion to the established breach.
• Right of Appeal: Players who believe their account has been suspended or closed in error may submit a written appeal to [email protected] within 30 days of the closure notice. vtd99 will review all appeals fairly and respond within 10 business days.
• Re-Registration Following Closure: Players whose accounts have been permanently closed for a breach of these Terms are not permitted to re-register. Any new accounts identified as belonging to a previously banned Player will be closed immediately and any associated balance forfeited.

Responsible Gaming Obligations

vtd99 is committed to promoting responsible gambling and supporting players who may be experiencing difficulties. These obligations form an integral part of these Terms & Conditions. By using vtd99, you agree to engage with the Platform's responsible gaming tools and to notify vtd99 promptly if your gambling behaviour changes in a way that causes you concern.

• 18+ Only — Strictly Enforced: vtd99 operates exclusively as an adult platform. No person under the age of 18 years may access, register, deposit, or wager on vtd99 under any circumstances. If you share devices with minors, you are responsible for ensuring they cannot access your vtd99 account.
• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly BDT deposit limits from within their account settings. Requests to decrease a limit take effect immediately. Requests to increase a limit are subject to a 7-day cooling-off period.
• Session Time Reminders: Players may configure session duration alerts. vtd99 recommends setting a reminder for sessions exceeding 60 minutes as a baseline healthy-play measure.
• Self-Exclusion: Players may activate self-exclusion from their account settings at any time. Self-exclusion periods range from 30 days to permanent. Once activated, self-exclusion cannot be reversed until the chosen period has elapsed in full. During self-exclusion, the Player's account will be locked, all marketing communications will be suppressed, and no deposits will be accepted.
• Player Protection Monitoring: vtd99 monitors player behaviour for signs of problem gambling, including significantly increased deposit frequency, unusual session lengths, and frantic recovery betting following losses. Where such patterns are identified, vtd99 may proactively contact the Player and suggest responsible gaming tools, or in serious cases, impose temporary restrictions on the account.
